Wrong diagnosis, looting patients. As a patient, we all wish for nearby doctor. We visited this clinic on Aug 11 to check my 8 year old son eye as he has reddishness. Doctor diagnise he has number. As he was getting late and clinic time approaches to end, he suggest us to visit back and get his number checked. Fees charged 500 as new case. When we visit, they put drops in his eyes and checked for a minute and asked again to come back as his eyes has drops effect. Fees charged 250. (Doent make any sense as we already paid for visit and he insisted to visit back) Again when we approached for third visit, they again ask for money. This is ridiculous. The staff fight with us literally. We came back and consulted another doctor as concerned parents and found, there is no number to my son. Doctor's knowledege - ????? Staff behaviour - Pathetic Ethics and moral - Not existance.

Knowledgeable doctor. Cooperative staff. Suggestion: They should start booking appointments online or via calls, and schedule them such that the waiting time is minimised.
