Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing experience at Specmasters. The owner was downright arrogant and overly cheesy in his behavior, which was off-putting from the start. He clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect and seems to judge people based on their appearance. There’s a complete lack of business ethics here. Instead of providing helpful service, the owner’s attitude made me regret even stepping into the shop. The entire experience was frustrating and irritating. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – it’s simply not worth your time or energy.

I purchased Oakley frame at 5% discount on MRP and Crizal Prevencia Lenses. Both these cost me around 14000 INR. The owner is very polite and humble. He guided me very well. BUT, the technician (who cut the lens and fit it into the frame) seems inexperienced. He did not position the lenses correctly in the frame. (Please check the images i attached in this review.) He has more than 10 years of experience , but he still did a bad job with it. Maybe they do all the work manually, and they don't have advanced computerized cutting tools likeTitan eye or Lenskart have. Not sure about it. Later on, they fixed my eyeglasses untill m satisfied. Customer satisfaction is their top most priority. Overall, I am happy with their service and i really appreciate it.

Cheap quality but high prices. He charged me ₹ 1500 for anti glare lens and frame 😂. I asked the prices for the same set on another shop he said he will make the same for 700-800. One lens got scratches at its maximum in just 3 months but another was in okey condition Making people fool just showing big showrooms not quality work. DON'T GO AT THIS SHOP🙏🏻 SAYING THIS PUBLICLY. ऊंची दुकान फ़िके पकवान 🙏🏻

They do good work but do not accept their mistakes. In my case they made an incorrect lens on which they asked me to check for 2 days. I came back 5 days later stating that the problem which I was telling you on the first day is still there. They said they will change the lens suggesting a costlier lens. I agreed and ordered blue block lens. However that problem was gone but they charged me extra 350 rs for the previous incorrect lens. I clearly told them that this is unjustified. In their reply they said they have waived off my eye checking charges which was a shocker for me as this was their choice and not my request. I told them to give back my 550 rs which u charged for that defective lens. They simply refused to do so. In addition to this they started pointing out my job's service attitude about which he doesn't even know and have never experienced. I mean how unprofessional and lame excuses they give to justify their part. They think they are the best but actually this is not true. This is not the first time I got my spectacles made in Ambala but it was my first and will be my last time with these guys. Good opticians are many in Ambala Cantt, try them. To all future customers, who are still thinking of going there, please ask for charges before taking any of their service.

Very friendly and informative. Frame choice is excellent. Vineet told me things about my eyes that I didn’t previously know and made choosing a frame easy. Specs got ready very quickly Top quality lenses & frames at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend Specmasters for all your vision needs.

I got my glasses from them had a great experience with all details,benefits were described in a full detail. Had a great experience. Also it was surprisingly to find insurance for glasses with them provided by zopper insurance which was actually a saver for me ,as I sat on my glasses and got a near free replacement of the same. Which was given to me as per insurance policy.

Quality of product is very unique and prices is very reasonable or service is very quick. I love to buy shades staff is very polite. SO I recommend to visit this store.

Had a great experience. Testing was done at the store. I was experiencing problem in eyes, which indeed were corrected at there end. Staff served me in a excellent way.
