This is to share with management of lenses cart to keep some customer friendly staff at your store. Current staff are not at all deserving to be in customers service team.... Previous staff was much better. But rightnow Hopeless staff Hopeless service And worst experience

Amazing experience at this store. All staff are very cooperative and supportive. They have good choice and given you grt solution.

It is located in sec 15 market in faridabad. There are many options available at the store and here the staff is very polite and friendly and they will provide necessary information with the details. I have been coming to the store for the past 5 years and have always been happy with the services provided and everyone knows the Lenskart brand is famous for and they have maintained.

Horrible customer experience. They took a cash order and didn't follow up on the delivery date. I still waited for 10 days but no follow and when I came to the store, they are making up stories but no follow up on the actual order for the lenses. Genuinely shameful for such a brand, won't recommend ever again. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.

Love the options available at the store and staff is very polite and friendly. I have been coming to the store from past 4 years and have always been happy with the services provided.

The experience was really nice. Sales person were very sweet. The quality and variety of specs are also very nice

6 months ago the person said the insurance will valid for 1 year without, and if incase any damage happens the insurance will be claimed for free , now after 6 months my specs got damaged now they saying you have to pay 300 insurance chare, literally wtf when you sold it you said nothing like that
