First of all i would love to thank the titan eye plus staff Jyoti Raj & team for their friendly behavior, I have been there many times & they introduced me to all kinds of eye lenses and suggested me a blue filter lens according to my work. I have visited many eye stores but the comfort of service Sector 14 Gurgaon titan eye plus provide is commendable. Thank you team Jyoti.
Great people here. Optometrists are very knowledgeable and do their job perfectly. I’ve been to this place 2-3 times and haven’t faced any problems whatsoever. Eye testing is complimentary here for everyone. Complimentary eye checkup is provided by titan on all their stores. So that’s a company policy. Anyone can get their eyes tested here for free and there are no conditions at all. They’re always welcoming even if you are going there for complimentary eye checkup. Most people lose their calm and start acting rude when they have to provide a complimentary service and the customer doesn’t make a purchase after that. I haven’t experienced that here so far. Frames and sunnys from different brands like rayban, vogue, carrera, fastrack etc. are available here. They also stock a range of other titan products like perfumes and watches as well. Just one thing you should improve- stop asking a person again and again to make a purchase.
Best service and good products... The people were so kind
Neither my watch is being repaired properly they damge its body, it stop working in a week. Second I had gone for progressive lenses and frame. It is so uncomfortable and heavy that It really gives me more discomfort. You just have to look straight through these lenses when you see sideways the vision is totally distorted. I don't recommend these lenses to any one More than 12k in drain I don't recomend anybody to visit there. Better directly go to other good service provider.

So far the best experience that i had in terms of eye check up. Really cooperative staff and very good service. Extremly satisfied with the quality.
