Lenskart.com at Sector 20, Panchkula

I visited the Lenskart store in the evening and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unprofessional and dealt with customers very poorly. They seemed disinterested, inattentive, and lacked basic courtesy. It felt like they were rushing to get rid of customers rather than helping them. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputed brand like Lenskart. Highly dissatisfied with the experience.

A decent outlet of LK in Sector 20 market. Almost at par with other outlets, but staff's behavior could be made better. Located right within the market, one can easily park their vehicle outside the store and chose from LK's wide variety of eye wear.

Worst store right now. Don't ever go there l. Highly unprofessional manager ziva and their staff

As it was my first time buying lenses, they were very patient in explaining everything and did a thorough eye exam. I really appreciate LensKart's services.

Very very bad experience I have faced with them they are expert in delaying orders I have given my specs for lens application but still I have not received yet

I been to sector 20 ,panchkula , The staff member guy name manav He was using very abused language infront of female customer ,i feel very shame . I dont think this store belongs to piyush Bansal . Illiterate staff
