Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Sector 8, Panchkula

This is a fraud store with poor service. The salesman Mithun Kumar Gupta is highly unprofessional in dealing and lacks basic knowledge and manners. The person Mithun doesn't even bother to listen to the problem and busy selling new glasses. They misguide people when processing the order and made them pay more for a cheaper article. The store manager doesn't care about his staff behavior and lack of knowledge. They never pick up calls and on visit don't attend complaints with proper resolution. What to expect from staff if the store manager himself is not taking any responsibility.

The store offers an excellent eyewear shopping experience. The store is well-organized with a wide selection of frames and lenses. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides great customer service. Their eye tests are thorough and reliable. Overall, a fantastic place to find quality eyewear in a convenient location.

Pathetic service. I had got made lenses for my sunglasses, the fitting was never right in first place and they did not accept that fitting is poor. Eventually my glasses broke down and then they said nothing cant be done. Dont waste your money here. Other opticals like kapoors are so much better

Pathetic services by the store I had given my frames for the lens to be changed on 30th March, I got a message on 3rd April saying your order is ready to pick up,I went to the story and without any intimation they said that ma’am we have sent your frames back as there was some issue with the power(note that I wasn’t told about this) and now again I got a message yesterday saying it is now ready to pick up,I went there today and now the frames have been interchanged with some other pair and still I don’t have my frames back and they said that ma’am you can come tomorrow to pick it(LITERALLY FOR THE 3rd TIME) THE AMOUNT OF LENS IS LESS THAN THE FUEL AND TIME IVE WASTED IN VISTING THE STORE This isn’t how you make a costumer base and the store never picks up the call WORST EXPERIENCE

Lenskart sector 8 people never pick up the call. Their number is either not working or they just don't want to contact the customer. Very bad experience. I just want that my order should be delivered at my place . But no one help
