Here, you can take a free eye checkup/eye testing. Staff is cooperative, and behavior is good. After eye checkups, they also add your no. On app too for your ease and next use. They gave suggestions of glasses as per list. Delivery time is approx 4 to 5 days. I bought 2 eye glasses which cost me approx 4.6k. In one glass, i had a problem, i went there, and they solved it, and one of them is given total time to solve it. There is no parking lot.

"I received very poor service at the Yamunanagar Lenskart store the day before yesterday. I went to the Lenskart store with my brother. The manager there behaved very badly. My brother is a Lenskart employee. He was explaining lenses to me on a tablet. The store manager, Vikas, told him he couldn't do that, even though he was just explaining the lenses to me. The manager also told him to 'get out of here.' This is not the right way to speak. Please advise your employees to maintain proper behavior. Thank you."

Hello everyone, I must say this is the first time I truly feel that India has made significant improvements in customer service. I recently visited a store in model town Yamunanagar, Haryana and the staff, particularly Associate Deepak Kumar and Manager Vikas Kumar, did an outstanding job. Their exceptional service led us to purchase not one but three pairs of sunglasses from the store. The way they explained everything and treated us as customers made me feel so good and positive. What impressed me the most was their patience and dedication, especially when I pretended to be someone who knew nothing about glasses. They took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally. We need more people with this kind of attitude in customer service, and they deserve to be recognized by the company. @peyushbansal

The worst thing about the store was its staff .so we went to their store to buy lens and they told us to give trial but we waited for an hour for that but still no one came to us. So we got out of the shop with so much disappointment.
