Shama Eye Care Centre was established in 1991 & by renowned Eye Specialist Dr.D.D Shama after serving for 25 years with Himachal Health Services where he was heading Prevention of Blindness of the state. He took voluntary retirement during his tenure as CMO Hamirpur in 1991.Thereafter, he dedicated his services towarda the people of Hamirpur and surrounding areas. He has been relentless giving state of art medical treatment for Cataract & Prevention of Blindness apart from other common eye diseases.

Dr DD Shama is a very experienced doctor who gives time to his patients and listens to them patiently giving them proper advice and line of treatment at very reasonable fees . I recently visited him and was fully satisfied with his treatment as I has a long unresolved eye issue which has improved by the line of treatment prescribed by the him . Strongly recommend place to visit for all your eye treatment.
