The clinic is clean, maintained and organised. But the staff is not very informing. After registration fees, they asked us to pay 1500 for a retina scan for my nani. At first we payed but then realised it costs only 500, as mentioned in their clinic. After asking they said this was an emergency fees. We didn’t know that we were paying for an emergency service. This retina scan was not so important that it had to be done today. The staff responded vaguely upon asking. Also, the price of retina scan shouldn’t jump from 500 to 1500 for an emergency. It would make sense if it went up by 200 or 300 rupees but 1000 rupees seems too much. As a patient, we feel cheated by the lack of information on prices. Would suggest other people to ask on reception about the prices before paying!

My experience at this Hospital was very pathetic. Followings are my observations:- Bad:- 1. Dr Vishal is very arrogant and don't know how to behave with the paitents with no ethics a Dr should have 2. Bathrooms are stinking like a hell forget about cleanliness, even no water supply available in the washrooms 3. They will not give you bills and asked to come after a week or so 4 They called for review depending upon your distance from hospital and not on criticality of paitent eg if you came from a distance say 40-50kms then they will call you after one week but if you are local then they call you for next day or day after tomorrow. Don't you think it should be based on criticality and nature of ailment rather than the distance? Good:- Only good part is its location which is easy to access Will I recommend to anyone....A big Hospital is very basics inrespect of instruments or treatment. Only focus is on making money rather than providing good treatment and more importantly in a very rude manner Note:-I saw first time any Dr wearing sandals.

Very good hospital. Doctor is very experienced and professionally very sound. Polite behaviour of doctor and staff really heart touching. Neat and clean hospital. God bless the doctor and entire staff.

Doctor Vishal is really experienced and sharp . My son was suffering from optic neuritis thankfully he recovered in a few days . Totally recommend!

Very bed experience. girls on reception are very rude.they don't have any common sense.asking for money first and treat after....... Name of staff sisters Aarti,Sakshi,and Pooja.

Terrible Doctor, Short tempered, kept shouting at my 65 year old father during the operation. My father came out crying after the operation just because of his ill behavior.
