I visited the hospital on 25 Dec 2024 with my daughter having some eye issues. I found the reception was good the tests conducted were included in the basic fee of mere Rs 300. The staff members were so cordial and accompanied us in every step and every chamber . The Doctor was very patient to hear about the history and the current issue. Overall experience was awesome and it was a cheaper consultation so far as other health centers are concerned. Moreover the seating arrangement as well as heating arrangement was worth praising 🙌.

I previously gave this hospital a 5 ⭐ rating because the staff specifically requested it at the time. However, after what my family and I have gone through, I feel it’s important to share the truth. My mother underwent three eye surgeries at this hospital. Unfortunately, instead of improving her condition, the situation worsened. After four months of unsuccessful procedures and what felt like experiments on her eyes, they referred her to KEH Srinagar when they could no longer handle the case. As a result, my mother suffered from a severe eye infection due to their negligence and lack of proper care. It’s clear now that the primary concern of this hospital is not the well-being of its patients, but extracting as much money as possible from vulnerable people. I hope this message serves as a warning to others so no one else has to go through what my mother experienced

However, the hospital suffers from extremely poor time management. They take in a large number of patients at once, leading to long waiting times and crowding, which can be frustrating for patients. Better appointment scheduling and patient flow management would greatly improve the overall experience.
