What’s the use of buying an expensive eye glasses when They don’t have carry bag to give my parcel. I had to take my parcel in my hand as if I was carrying a fruit or vegetable of few bucks…pathetic lenskart

Worst service , no professionalism, no manners, no knowledge of making orders for a customer. I don't recommend it.

Everything was good at delivery but when I asked for extra lens cleaning cloth, they said they have waiting period of 15 days, seriously!!!

Very unprofessional working and both my glasses are not perfect because I see that the stationery objects move and distant objects are not at all clear as they double up. No one listens and all they do is sale gimmicks at 4 times the market price. I am absolutely dissatisfied and thinking of legal redressal.

Lenskart itself is a brand who actually is fooling people..I visited their one of the stores to get my spectacles calibrate but what they did....the screw has been replaced....and somehow it is totally not of the original one and looking odd ...where the guy has rude words with me telling company has provided this to them.....They dun know what material is required......so pathetic there response and poor service they are giving....they only has to sell it once...not going to lookout further requirements of the customer.........very very annoying......

Great experience. Staff is very cooperative. They deal with everyone very politely.

Excellent support by the lenskart staff in channi himmat, jammu especially ABBU MA'AM was very supportive and professional in her job by giving us great advice for selection of lenses and frames.
