Dear Lenskart Team, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the repair of my spectacles. I handed them over to your service center 5-7 days ago, specifically mentioning that I would be out of town in 5-6 days and that the repair was urgent. Initially, I was assured that the repair would be completed within this timeframe. However, instead of receiving a timely update, I have been continuously given excuses, with the repair being delayed multiple times. First, I was told it would be ready the next day, then that it would be done the following day, and each time there was a new excuse for the delay. The person who has been providing these misleading updates and excuses is Arjun employee in Janipur Jammu Today, when I needed the spectacles urgently to leave for my trip, I was again given an excuse, and I have not received them yet. Had I been informed earlier that the repair would not be possible within the promised timeframe, or that it would take longer, I would have understood and made alternate arrangements. However, the constant delays and lack of clear communication have caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request immediate resolution of this issue, or at the very least, clear communication on when I can expect to receive the repaired spectacles. If the repair cannot be completed within a reasonable time, I expect a full explanation and prompt action. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a quick resolution.

Shocking Negligence at Lenskart Flagship Store – Janipur This has been one of the worst customer experiences we’ve ever had — and it involves something as critical as eye health. I took my father to the Lenskart flagship store at Janipur, where they conducted an eye test and pushed a “2 pairs for ₹7000” offer. Seemed fine on the surface, and based on their insistence, I even left a 5-star review right after. I seriously regret that now. Soon after wearing the new glasses, my father — a senior citizen — started experiencing major vision problems. He struggled for weeks thinking it might just be an adjustment issue. Turns out, Lenskart gave him the WRONG prescription — way higher than what he actually needed. We only found out after taking him to a real eye doctor. He had been wearing incorrect lenses for over a month, which could have permanently affected his vision. When we went back to the Janipur store, their technician couldn’t figure out the correct power for over an hour — until my father gave them the prescription from his doctor. Only then did they admit the mistake and agreed to replace the lenses. This is blatant negligence. Lenskart has no right to do in-store testing if they can’t get something as basic as lens power right. It’s not just a service issue — it’s a serious risk to people’s health. DO NOT trust Lenskart’s in-store eye tests, especially at the Janipur flagship store. Go to a certified eye specialist first. Don’t let flashy offers fool you — they clearly prioritize sales over accuracy, even if it means someone suffers in the process. Completely disappointed and furious. What happened to my father should not happen to anyone else.
