Have visited the clinic today in connection with checkup of my father. In the morning booked my appointment and felt satisfied after visiting the clinic in the evening . Sincere and patient friendly approach of Dr. Malhotra ,Sahib was very impressive. Every staff member was very cooperative. In fact such clinics are assets of our society . Best wishes to entire staff members from me and I pray to God that such clinics shall touch greater heights in coming days.

I haven't been to the clinic personally but tried to book the appointment. Firstly they give you only 15 mins window (8AM to 8:15AM) to book the appointment. Most of the time landline number is busy and if by chance line got connected the appointment for the day is full in 5 mins. I am not concerned about not getting the appointment but with the way the lady on the other side treated the person who called. The rude behaviour of the lady is what made me give this clinic 1 star. If Mr. Malhotra is reading this please make sure to give some communication classes to your staff as they are the face of your clinic.

The lady on speaker is disgusting. She doesn't know how to respond. First she tells to dial within 15 minutes and then gives appointment within 2-3 minutes. Secondly she tells to call other day and the other day tells to call further days. Blunder she is. This poor receptionist is blot on the name of clinic and doctor as well.

Doctor wasn't able to find the root cause. where as, my mom has motia in her eye. We went to govt hospital, there doctor identified the main cause behind the blurry vision.

Extremely rude lady at the reception, however Dr. Malhotra is extremely polite and wonderful in his interaction with his patients. Must say he is a good Dr.
