Good Quality & nice Service delivered in new purchases but giving after service to their own products makes one to taste a bitter side. Used to have great memories with them since 2003, but once I went to get my glasses serviced, their technician ruined my glasses, took zero responsibility of his act and one of the owner replied we never take guarantee of after service jobs and it can damage your product too. That day, they lost a loyal customer who always trusted them and even promoted them too. Moreover what a customer wants is, Respect to the relation that has been built up. But I hope things may improve because there is always a scope to betterment.

It has been almost a decade that we do our purchase from Jandyal. He is best in town , has best collection of eyewear in Jammu with most genuine prices.
