Sharp Sight Eye Hospital, Jammu

Very nice experience, it is easily approachable via private or public vehicle as it is adjacent to the main road, and a you will get the parking space. The staff is very nice and will help you in every step. All the process is very fast ans doctors also behave nicely. To me this is the best hospital related to the eyes in Jammu.

Pre-Doctor visit feedback As soon as you enter the hospital, they will ask you to fill a form even if you have filled the online appointment form ( First waste of time ) after that they just keep on repeating on thing that “ please be seated “ even after knowing that seats are not available. Their software glitches a lot and they can’t do anything about it as the whole setup is digital and there is no alternative. The receptionist ask the questions which are already answered on the form they ask you to fill. I don’t know if its a comprehension issue or something else. But its the second waste of time. They area is very neat and clean. If you are coming for the first time then the charges are ₹300 and if you are coming for the second time then the charges are ₹200 and when asked they don’t explain the difference instead they just say that it is what it is. Post doctor meet review - After getting your file , they will ask you to go downstairs and wait. They will call you name and first you will sit for a digital eye test. Then they will call your name and you will sit for a physical eye examination. Then finally you will be called in by your respective doctor. I had the privilege of merting Dr. Abhinav. He was very patient with me and listened to whatever I had to say. After that he gave me few medicines. The overall experience was fine. The medicines are a little expensive .

I recently visited a hospital in Jammu for a routine eye check-up and was informed that my eye power had increased. Following this, I approached Sharp Sight Opticals for a change of lenses. I was assisted by Ms Sunita and Mr Rajesh, both of whom were highly knowledgeable about the various types of lenses and frames. They guided me patiently and professionally through the selection process, helping me choose the most suitable lenses and frames for my needs. What truly stood out was their transparency and integrity—they offered the most reasonable pricing for the product I selected without any need for negotiation. Their courteous demeanour, cheerful attitude, and genuine concern for every customer were commendable. It was indeed a pleasant and satisfying experience. I remain grateful for their invaluable assistance and exceptional service. Highly recommended.

Good level of patient care and professionalism is show by the staff here. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. Overall, Sharp Sight is a recommendable hospital to anyone in need of eye care for their expertise, professionalism, and personal attention to patients. There is plenty free street parking and no market nearby.

Visited hospital for my father & sister routine eye checkup.. No unnecessary tests or investigations.. Very nice healthcare facility in centre of town.. Clean hygienic with proper departments & smooth process from entrance of patient in hospital to the exit.. Less waiting time.. Now Jammu people don't have to go outside state for treatment of eyes

Worst experience. I inter hospital at 10am. We wait wait 1hr for doctor checkup. Then again we wait 40 to 45 min for tests. At the time of billing their system Stop working again we wait for 20 min. We need to wait on every counter. What i realised that the single employee do multiple job, that why patient need to wait that someone came and check them. We leave hospital at 3pm.

A beautiful environment..Dr.Nitee Gupta with her support staff was so cordial and cooperative. It was like homely atmosphere. Diksha ji attached with Dr.Nitee ji was all praises. So calm and composed she handles the patient rush so calmly. I wish her good luck in future endurances.

Its been a wonderful experience so far , its my first day at the hospital, the hospitality is awesome in every corner and special thanks to Diksha mam and Dr Nitee mam. Hope same gratitude in future visits
