They have an experienced senior optometrist and contact lens specialist, Mr. Kuldeep Raj Sharma, who is giving his services in this sphere since past 42 years. Another ophthalmologist, Dr. Amandeep Gupta (M.S.), is available there for consultation. They have wide range of spectacles and sunglasses for all age groups and genders. They deal in contact lenses, too. Visiting this store since more than a decade now, my experience has been good so far. The staff is cordial and professional in their work. I'd highly recommend that you must visit this store for all your optical related stuff.

I got glasses made for Rs 7000 from zen opticians but still there are scratches coming on my glasses within one month of use.. very disappointed..

Timings are 12noon to 3pm and then 6:30-7:00 to 8:30 pm - for the doctor. When asked for google timings they say it's already edited by other people and do not tend to change the timings online or on the prescription slip. Shop workers are a bit rude when asked "when will the doctor come?"

DR Kuldeep best Eye Doctor

Liar Time waster Useless My parents order 2 specs from them and they promise to prepare specs on 4th June 2019. But unfortunately, when my parents call Gem on the above given date, they said it will be ready on 6th June bcoz there is fire in the lab and lab burnt out. Then, my parent again visited on 6th June morning, the shop was close and they opened on 11 AM. My parent waiting for them to open shop since 9 AM . This time again they were failed to keep their promise alive. Dont understand how people go there for eye check up and optical Since they are very unprofessional and useless Moral :- Waste of time and money
