Very Disappointing Experience at the Eye Clinic I had the worst experience at this clinic. The doctor, Dr. Fazil, was extremely rude and disrespectful. During my visit, the staff tested my eye power correctly and wrote it down on a small paper. However, when I went to Dr. Fazil with that paper, he changed the prescription very smartly without any proper explanation. When I questioned him about the change, his response was, "Then test your power by yourself, why did you come here?" – which I found to be very unprofessional and insulting. After using the new spectacles for a few weeks, my vision actually worsened. I was seeing much better with my previous glasses. I went back to him to explain the issue, and instead of understanding the problem, he rudely blamed my generation and even kept my old spectacles with him. He told me to use the new ones for a week and then come back to collect the old pair.

Had first cataract surgery in jvc skims and we had no complains. But Dr Sajjad fazili completely destroyed my mothers eye. He didnt stop at that he suggested laser for eye. We went on with his recommendation. But we went to another doctor for second opinion and he clearly said "this is blind eye no amount of treatment will bring back vision" so why were we asked to pay for lasers? And harroon there be aware of him, he only thinks of himself and his double face is only to fool you into taking treatment. Worst person. Steer clear of these butchers
