Dr Fazili Eye Clinic

Very Disappointing Experience at the Eye Clinic I had the worst experience at this clinic. The doctor, Dr. Fazil, was extremely rude and disrespectful. During my visit, the staff tested my eye power correctly and wrote it down on a small paper. However, when I went to Dr. Fazil with that paper, he changed the prescription very smartly without any proper explanation. When I questioned him about the change, his response was, "Then test your power by yourself, why did you come here?" – which I found to be very unprofessional and insulting. After using the new spectacles for a few weeks, my vision actually worsened. I was seeing much better with my previous glasses. I went back to him to explain the issue, and instead of understanding the problem, he rudely blamed my generation and even kept my old spectacles with him. He told me to use the new ones for a week and then come back to collect the old pair. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I visited the Eye Care Center today, and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was polite and professional, and the consultation with the doctor went smoothly. After the consultation, I was given eye drops and advised to rest for at least 15 minutes with my eyes closed. While the sitting area was available and maintained, I noticed a lack of headrests, which made it slightly uncomfortable during the waiting period. Since patients need to keep their eyes closed after the eye drops, having headrests would greatly enhance comfort and make the experience more relaxing. Overall, the service was excellent, but adding headrests to the seating area would be a thoughtful improvement.

The worst experience of my life when I visited the Dr of this clinic. Staff and the nurses asked me if I use spectacles and due to some reasons I hadn’t put them on and they told my how Dr gets angry on patients for not wearing glasses. When I met Dr it was absolutely disgusting and disheartening because not in my dreams I would think that a person whom we call a life saver (DOCTOR) would say something and pass remarks that would stay in my mind for lifetime. And i being myopic and having not much number to my vision he told me his children who study abroad have got LASIK surgery done and all and he could give me the date for the surgery. To me it was very much absurd not because he told me to go for surgery without properly checking my eyes but he passed very disgusting remarks about how I look. Not only this he told me I might think I am very beautiful but I am not. Which was very unnecessary of a doctor to say. Not here to downgrade any doctors image but this name itself holds a weightage of respect and a ray of hope. Being dr doesn’t mean you’ll mock someone. Being doctor means having patience and treating patient for their betterment and not to mock them. When the arrogance and this bizarre attitude of doctors in the valley will be ousted and erased may be half of the battle will be already won!

It was an absolutely nightmarish experience for me and my family. The untrained staff injected dye into my mom without any monitoring, triggering an anaphylactic reaction. They lacked basic emergency drugs and had no understanding of the severity of the situation. Calling them along with ill mannered Dr fazili disgrace is no exaggeration.

It was the best clinic in the srinagar city and great staff.

Worst experience ever. The clinic makes patients wait for hours without a reason. Neither of the staff including the doctor has no value for time. Ethics of the medical field are kept outside in the trash bin and favoritism is at it's peak in this clinic. Totally unethical and unprofessional people including the doctor

Worst clinic as well as less qualified staff members,money looters Dr many times suggest FFA to me but when we visit for next follow up he didn't follow the previous method that he suggest me like FFA I also take many IVF injections here but I don't see any difference and the cost was also very high as compared to other clinic I was taking a simple avastin injection in the clinic purchased me at 9k but if u see one of the big eye hospital in Srinagar u will get it only 6k with better results And one more problem with doctor is that he has no value of time spend a lot of time with Medical Mrs and other his colleagues, friends when they sometimes visits in the clinic At last when he failed and suggest me part of eye specialist doctor...😡

Investment in Health and Education is critical for quality human capital. In this perspective, Centre for Sight at Barzalla headed by reputed ophthalmologists ,is doing yeoman's job. Recently, I had my Cataract surgery at this Centre.
