Yesterday My mother underwent eye surgery and had a mixed experience. The Dr Raashid was exceptional, professional, and caring. However, the rest of the staff could improve in terms of communication, empathy, and overall patient care. Despite this, the surgery was successful, and I'm grateful for the doctor's expertise. With some staff training and improvements, this hospital could provide an even better experience for patients

Pathatic very disturbed in ujala hospital as my handicap mother were kept wating out side doctors room as having pain but attendent didn't allow her to see the doctor after she was sent to another doctor for review I am requesting higher officials of ujalla hospital kindly give first preference to handicap patient
