Rotary - Eye & ENT Hospital

Pathetic system of the hospital, don't even maintain a complaint/feedback record. When asked they have the audacity to say that it is not maintained by the hospital. Only care for money and not for quality service.

KLSM Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital Udhampur inaugurated its vision center at Ramnagar. The center was inaugurated by DGE Dushyant Choudhary of Rotary District 3070 along with PP Rohit Oberoi, in presence of D N Sharma, Chairman, The Udhampur Rotary Eye & General Welfare Foundation, BMO Ramnagar and other dignitaries from various Rotary Clubs of the Union Territory. DGE Dushyant Choudhary lauded the efforts of The Udhampur Rotary Eye & General Welfare Foundation and KLSM Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital for providing service to mankind selflessly. He also assured that he will provide his full support and cooperation, in whichever way possible, to increase the network of such centers, so that eye healthcare can be made accessible. D N Sharma, while presenting the welcome address, emphasized that after understanding the demand of locals and need for such a primary eye care center, Rotary Eye Hospital with the support of Operation Eyesight Universal Canada, decided to establish a vision center. A vision center is a primary eye care unit which serves the basic eye care demands like refractive error correction, diagnosis of various eye diseases along with its treatment, referral to hospital for advanced care and surgeries along with various eye care related services. Dr Mehboob Iqbal, BMO Ramnagar , while addressing the audience, appreciated the efforts of Rotary Eye Hospital. He also hoped that this venture would support the health administration in providing accessible healthcare. It is pertinent to mention that the Hospital is already having vision centers at Chenani and Ramban and now planning to expand the network to at least 10 vision centers in coming time. The occasion was graced with the presence of Rajendra Sanson (Secretary General), S S Kerni (Finance Secretary), Puran Lal Sharma, P L Suri, Pritam Kotwal, Col Hargovind Singh, Gulzar Ahmed Khan, Aditya Sharma, Neeraj Sharma, Anjani Kumar, Dr Sanjay Sharma, Anil Gupta, Dr Ankur Goel, (Medical Director). Rotarians from Rotary Club Rajouri, Samba and Jammu were also present. Your faithfully 💐

*worst ever experience* Just like other rotary initiatives, this one too is a sham. No proper communication among doctors/departments, doctors keep little children waiting for 3 - 4 hours. Noone to listen to complaints, the assistant/support staff has no idea how to manage the crowd. Its better to opt for a better hospital/doctor rather than coming here for few less bucks.

Worst experience ever. Staff do not come in time and lack manners. They have big communication gaps. How staff treat the patients and attendants is unacceptable at all. Very arrogant staff I have ever met. Please don’t come here staff services are very bad. Reluctant staff.

The Reception Staff are so polite and understanding. Doctors and all staff are Excellent in their respective fields. Great Experience.
