They do not follow any que system in their center. If you know someone there, then you just need 5mins to see the doctor. If not then you have to wait till eternity. The staff are uncooperative. Doctor was also very harsh with my old mother. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.

They will treat their friends/relative first and the other Patients late. It is of no use to take the prior appointment. The staff is of no use and very very rude. Top class EYE TREATMENT available hear. After some problem in my mother's eye, we come krishna eye clinic, doctor provide very good treatment. I am fully satisfied. My mother now filling good.

Dr is Kaam chalau types.. but staff behaviour is totally insane they don't even understand what they are talking don't know why they insist to bring patient and patient have to wait a long time even they don't allow to pay the final booking with out taking the patient. If a patient party can manage his own time conveniently then what is the problem with it. I think the doctor should review his booking systems totally frustrated whenever I tried to consult him due to his staffs they don't even know how to behave. Pathetic staffs 😡😡😡

Extremely unhealthy behaviour by the doctor. Not expected from such a respected surgeon. The doctor wasn't ready to listen to the point of view of the patient party and talked in an extremely abusive tone, especially to a lady. The doctor was extremely egoistic and boasted about his reputation among the general public. Not only that, his general body language was also rude. Would never recommend anyone else to visit the place.

Doctor's behaviour was worst ... Didn't expect such behaviour from so called reputed doctor. He don't know how to talk to his patient... He must take lessons how to behave with patients . 1 rating is more than enough for him...

Visited the Eye Clinic in December for my Father's Cataract treatment. The process of registering a patient is hassle free and the Doctor is extremely professional. Highly recommended for any kind of eye ailment. The price to see the doctor is Rs 400 and at present they only accept cash or UPI payment to the receptionist (in her personal account). I hope that in future they accept other forms of cashless payments as well. Also, at present they are not having any cashless option if you have insurance. However, the clinic will provide all support and necessary documents. The clinic is conveniently located on the National highway about 3 kms from the railway station. You might find logistical problems to park your vehicle near the clinic as there are no parking places nearby and the road is often crowded.
