Very disappointed with Lenskart. I gave them my favourite frame for lens replacement, and they returned it broken—without any explanation or prior intimation. I expected better care and professionalism from a reputed brand.

To be honest I will not go to this store ever..they prescribed me wrong power which has a difference of -0.50 and I purchased specs from other store according to the power prescribed by lenskart but when I started facing problem I went lenskart again then a different staff checked my power he said power is wrong..and he refused to change lens for free..my money got wasted and poor customer service too..do not go this store guys

Very nice behaviour and price also good
Today (07/04/25) I went to the shop to purchase two anti glare glasses. However when I entered the shop all the staff were ignornant and did not welcome or utter a single word. After a while I initiated the conversation and placed my demand. One of the staff casually told me ready to use glasses are kept there (pointing at one of the shelves left to the front gate). When I did not like any one of them, I enquired whether there is any more option or window to place an order, he casually replied yes but it will take 3-5 days to come. He never bothered to ask whether I want to order or show any sample. After such a cold response, I simply walked out (even at this point no one called me back) and went to Winzopt Saraidhela and did my purchase (who were very welcoming). This is the first time when I needed a specs and trust me I will never go to lenskart for any future requirements.
