Very bad hospitality and worst behavior!! Never going to come here ever again ,Worst Management ever . Behavior was very bad ,like really , in the name of a reputed hospital they are doing anything, Harassing patient!! What kind of behavior is this ! I've never seen this kind of hospital especially the Management worst ! Conclusion is I would personally tell everyone about this and prevent them from Going to the hospital and through this kind of humiliation and harassment and such a WASTE OF TIME!

Dr Jayshree kedia Eye surgery performed by her felt really comfortable . There was not a moment where I felt any sort of discomfort and I had surgery performed on both my eyes within a span of two weeks. Really good service

I recently visited Sharp Sight Eye hospital (Asarfi Hospital), Dhanbad branch and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The management and overall organization of the hospital were extremely disappointing, making it one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. 1. Excessive Waiting Time: The waiting time was unbearable. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait for over 6 hours just to see a doctor. There was no clear communication about delays or updates. It felt like the hospital had no regard for patients' time. 2. Poor Management: The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. There was no proper system in place to manage patient flow, and the lack of coordination between departments was evident. I had to repeatedly ask for assistance, and even then, the responses were unhelpful. 3. Unprofessional behavior: It felt like they were more interested in rushing through their tasks rather than providing quality care. Overall, my experience at Sharp Sight Eye Hospital (Dhanbad) was highly unsatisfactory. The poor management, excessive waiting times, and unprofessional behavior of the staff made it a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone unless they make significant improvements in their operations and patient care.
