The store and the staff is really good. However Lenskart should think about its image as someone who is spending 8k should not require to pay 10 rupees extra for the carry bag. The sales guy in the store were so polite and helpful. Loved the experience overall.

The store staff was really rude. Especially the ones showing the glasses and that lady I couldn't remember her name at the moment. They delayed my order by a month. Though it was their fault they didn't even except their mistake. Ultimately I had to order online.
It was a good shopping experience at lenskart.Although we can't find a few good frames that we have seen in the app , we selected two of them from their store. The store also offers free eye checkups.The staff is also very courteous and helpful in nature. One can find powered glasses and sunglasses as well as contact lenses too.
I like the spectacle ... It's has nice feature It's quality is so good and color is so catchy.. Just love it
