Please don't visit Lenskart, Mall of Ranchi. I purchased 4 glasses worth almost 14k but the power in 2 of the glasses were terrible. And when you approach them to complain about the visibility of the glasses, the sales girls will give some lame excuse that the power can vary +-0.25. Even though you tell them that I am unable to see or read clearly, they will not register your complaint. They will try to get rid of you so that they don't have to rectify their problem. I had to visit 4 times and get my eyes tested from my local optician for them to even consider my issue. After a lot of argument, I finally got one glass fixed. I did not have the energy to complain about the other glass where I still have to remove my glasses to see distant objects clearly, even though my lenses are progressive. The sales girls very inexperienced in eye testing. They are friendly only as long as you are buying stuff. Once you complaint against their product, their real rude behaviour comes out. Strictly avoid.

I went there and choose specs with 5000 mrp with buy 1 get 1 offer all went good but as soon as I went for billing they said it will cost 6000 rs I said ok I will get another one than again they tried to overcharge by saying price have increased on every model but they haven't changed the mrp.👎

Service is very good, staff members are well trained and knows, how to respect. Store has plenty of collection of glasses . You can visit all the days . It’s in Mall of Ranchi , Ratu road. Google location is correct. Thanks
