I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. I arrived at approximately 3:30 pm for an eye test and to order a frame, but unfortunately, I experienced significant delays and poor communication from the staff. I was informed at 3:45 pm that the eye testing technician was on lunch and would return at 4:40 pm. We accepted this and even agreed to pay for the frame first and return later to order the glasses. However, the sales staff refused to process the order without the glasses, despite our willingness to pay for the frame first. At 4:30 pm, we were informed by the same sales associate that the technician may arrive late. When we inquired about the exact time, we were told he was unsure. We pointed out that the technician was supposed to return by 4:40 pm, as initially stated, and that the staff had previously committed to that timeframe. The sales associate then claimed that they had never asked us to wait, which was inaccurate. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, as it reflects a lack of professionalism and unreliable communication from the staff. I hope you can address this issue to prevent future inconvenience to customers.

I have seen discrimination here. I have been waiting for service for 1hr, mean while some North Indian people who just step in will get faster service. Don't know

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Bhuvaneshwari Nagar Lenskart outlet. My friend purchased a pair of specs from this store for around ₹1,500, and within a short period, one of the specs had to be repaired due to the adhesive coming off. When we approached the store for service, the staff used some local superglue to fix the issue. This not only damaged the look of the specs but also left visible glue stains on them. The negligence and carelessness of the employees in handling the repair were extremely disappointing. Using low-quality materials for repairs, even on reasonably priced products, is unacceptable. The damage caused by the local glue has ruined the appearance of the specs, and the overall service experience was very poor. I hope Lenskart takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service standards in the future. Customers expect quality service and care, regardless of the price of the product.

It was a very good experience. Dharini, particularly, was very professional and pleasant in her advice and recommendations regarding choice of frame and lens. She recognised the fault in my external prescription, checked my eyes and made suitable glasses for me that I am happy with. Considering that I am a senior citizen, special attention in a very polite manner was given by her regarding the queries I made without making me feel that I might have asked some silly questions. I would recommend this branch to everyone for efficiency and politeness.

Very poor service I had placed an order one week before for my husband and for my daughter as they promised they gave my daughters specs but they have not bothered to call or give my husband’s specs which is progressive one we are really disappointed with this outlet we are a regular client of lenskart but new to this outlet very poor service I rate 1/10 to this outlet customer service is totally 0 please close outlet.
