Mr Praveen from Prism is extremely knowledgeable at the same time very grounded and assuring. Recently took my Mom for an eye test and ordered a spectacles by 1 PM and the same was delivered by 6 PM. Less than 5 hours while the other competitors turn around time was 2 to 3 days. Went all the way from BTM to Indiranagar store purely for the service. Kudos to Praveen and his team. Excellent service speed. Straight forward communication.. not greedy for sale. We went there for my wife's contact lens. Got it delivered at home through porter. They were prompt and also courteous enough to check with us after getting delivered

One of the best store I hav come across recently .. being a frequent purchaser of frames n sunglasses ... I liked the sunglasses collections here alot ... Being the top most collector of rayban sunglass they being highlight they r the only store with three models of rayban sunglass collectors in store to see it live ... Could u believe it this much collections chanceless ... Wow store

Found very good collection of specs and shades to choose from. They provide good service to help you choose and also did very good eye test. got my glasses in day's time as promised and the lens is really good.
