I had the worst experience with my mother's eye surgery, performed by Dr. U. R. Shenoy. Due to his negligence and incompetence, not only did the surgery fail, but my mother's vision also worsened, and she has experienced severe pain since the procedure. We were assured by the doctor that the surgery was straightforward and that she would see improvement, but that has not been the case. Instead, she has been left with complications that are affecting her daily life. To make matters worse, we feel completely cheated. The doctor made grand promises about the results and downplayed the risks, but now refuses to take responsibility for the outcome. After multiple follow-up visits and additional payments, nothing has been resolved. Finally, after consulting with several eye specialists, we had to redo the surgery. I would strongly advise anyone considering surgery here to think twice – they care more about money than patient outcomes.

My mother underwent an eye surgery with Dr. U. R. Shenoy, and it was a nightmare. He used the wrong lens during the procedure, leaving her vision significantly compromised. Even more frustrating ,he has ignored all our attempts to contact him and refuses to take responsibility for his mistake. His lack of professionalism and accountability is deeply concerning. Very good doctor. Prior appointment is needed before the visit. Reducing one star because all the 3 staff members were not wearing mask and waiting room was not ventilated. Great that doctor was wearing mask

Made a wrong diagnosis and made a cataract surgery with wrong lens with high index power lens which was not required, due to which the simple cataract eye surgery turned into a nightmare now for which the solution is still not turned out.

Worst experience. Careless doctor and lack of accountability. They care about the fees not the patient.

Good service. The Doctor carefully listens to the patient's concerns and lets people participate actively in all decisions related to their health and provides excellent care.
