My husband and I visited the Derebail store last month when we were in Mangalore on vacation. Dr. Ajay Kudwa was SO accommodating to our schedule and his store manager was extremely helpful in keeping us updated with timelines for pick-up! I even visited the other outlet in Surathkal for a great array of brand choices! I have already recommended this outlet to my friends traveling from abroad for a wonderful experience! State of the art spectacle shop in the city with personalised service and after sales care. Range of brands to chose from . Location is nice and good parking names it very convenient to visit. Doctors available are experienced and professional. Highly recommend this outlet
I had been to padubidri ineeds center without prior appointment with my wife to get a yearly eye test done(used to do it in Bangalore before but due to WFH shifted to my hometown Mulki now which always used to take atleast half a day)Dr Ajay Kudva obliged to do the test even though it was almost lunch time. It hardly took 30 mins and we got my wife's glasses replaced on time as agreed during the test.
