An insurance was sold when I purchased the glasses when the claim was made they took the money but didn’t collected the broken glass. When I asked the store personal communicated that the glass was not given to them without which the insurance will not accept. Wondering how as a customer I know about it when they collected the money should have asked for the broken glass also
