When it comes to medical appointments, waiting times can indeed be a source of frustration for many patients. The suggestion to "fix a accurate" wait time is a reasonable one, as it would provide patients with a clearer expectation of when they will be seen, and help to alleviate some of the anxiety and frustration that can come with lengthy waits.

When I searched for giving review on clinic, especially the 'Receptionists', a lot of others were also experienced the similar situations. I don't understand why still the same Arrogant lady made to sit in the desk to discomfort the patients? It's better to analyse the reviews / opinions to take appropriate actions on behalf of the hospital for better service.

Giving bad review for reception people. Not for Doctor. Visited Dr. Kishore Krishna. He's good doctor in terms of diagnosis. But reception people sending the patients as they wish. Simply making us to wait for 2 hours plus. There's no proper structure they are following. Sometimes they are sending the people who just entered, the people who are waiting from 2 hours should sit idle. Need to change all the receptionist. Or else doctor loose their patients even though he's very good.

The Doctor is very polite and good, but the receptionist (Kavitha) at the 2nd floor (Psychiatrist) is worst. She doesn't even know how to talk or behave with the people!!!. Please replace her with someone who really do job better. It effects a lot to the patients and their family.

Went there for 11 am appointment with my grandmother, we were late for a bit and they let us in after 12.40. They didn't even let a senior citizen go in soon. Unresponsive and useless receptionists and staffs. Too much attitude to answer us.

Horrible experience especially with the reception. 1.5 hrs waiting time when my appointment was at 4 PM. Why take appointments when you’re not sure when the doctor is coming. I could’ve saved time and gone elsewhere. Plus they are rude, have no value for the patients time and don’t even inform if it’s going to be late.

Very bad reception people no value for money no value for time people should wait 2 hours what is this ! and we are calling them from out of country and their receiving and disconnecting what is this behavior of the clinic all are coming for treatment and follow-up appoints also giving with fresh appointment is this correct ? at least use some brain and make patient easy why mgt is paying for you ?? make a streamline and what if you were there in patients place will it be ok for you ?? and this is private clinic not govt no value for hard-earned money very very very cheap behavior from recp team very bad .

We have been delayed 2.30 hours for the laser treatmeant re-visit and everything was Pre-informed to Maithri staff/reception from Doctor's end and our end too. Our Doctor knows the patience condition & treatmeant; and Doctor agrees that we have been delayed for no reason.
