best eye specialist Doctor but Receptionist staff behavior is not fine, need improvement

Maybe a decent doctor but it take 3 hours to see the doctor. Overcrowded and no concept of appointments. My aunt who was there to see the doctor is diabete and she almost fainted. Does not feel like a Doctor, more like a money making machine

Definitely the best Eye Doctor. My wife has been undergoing eye treatment under his care. Very professional and humble Doctor. the clinic is always crowded due to patients and their family accomplice. If going first time have patience as waiting will be long sometimes as patients throng his clinic and he must be the busiest Doctor ,but once you meet him you will not go anywhere else. Also very reasonable for the expertise he has.

Best place for any eye problem. It's a busy place as the doctor is the best. U can get solution for all ur eye problems at one stop. If you are a busier person than this doctor this is not the place for you. Have time and visit this doctor

This place has zero professionalism, all the staffs are joking laughing like kids here. They have no value for time, just keep patients waiting and thats all. All staffs are just laughing , having fun. No proper management and poor service quality.

Dr Sripathi is one of the best and polite doctor I have come across. Even though he is so busy, still he has a smile on his face and he ensures the patient is very comfortable. The clinic is crowded with patients but he has very professional staff to ensure everyone is attended to.
