I was given an appointment at 1:15 pm and was second in the list. I came 10 minutes early. The doctor arrived an hour later. The first patients check up was quick and lasted less than 10 minutes and then my name was called and I was made to sit outside the doctor's room saying the doctor "was on the phone". This went on until 2:45 pm when I finally decided to leave. If there is any genuine cause for delay the patients need to be intimated so that we can decide. But this sort of a careless approach is rather disappointing.

My mother appointment was at 11:00 am and she is old aged lady and can't site for 3 hours. Whenever I ask the receptionist and she answered doctor is not responding the calls. Delaying the patient specially old aged is very bad.

Terrible. Took appointment a day early. For 3 pm, waiting for one hour and I'm still not called for the appointment. Terrible customer service. They don't even inform clients beforehand that they were is delay. No guilt for such a long delay.

Worst experience ever. 1) While doing the test they never explain the purpose and cost of test . 2)They delay every process by attending many patients at a time .
