I recently visited Lens and Frames alappuzha and was incredibly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt valued as a customer. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, polite and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. I was very impressed with the selection of frames, which offered bespoke designer frames. Jithin and Nowfal themselves helped me. I received my new glasses within the timeframe promised, and they fit perfectly. I would highly recommend Lens and Frames alappuzha to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable opticians.

I have bought new glass few months before from the starting month onwards the frame stump is loosening I brought two times but the response of staffs was very rude especially Shaji he is not listening my grievances. I am a regular customer last month bought lense for my daughter also but still there behaviour to customer is not at all satisfactory. If anyone reads my review from the management side then tplease replace my glass frame from your end.
