I had a wonderful experience at Lenskart Allapuzha! The store is actually very well maintained, and they have such a wonderful collection of spectacle frames to select from. I also enjoyed the convenience of being able to try out my eye power in house, with an in house ophthalmologist who assisted me in finalizing the prescription. The reception was courteous and friendly, which made the entire experience hassle free and enjoyable.

Good customer service and better variety of options with affordable cost

The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Their friendly behavior made my shopping experience very pleasant. I have bad experience with this lenskart.beacuse i purchased this frame 1 year before .after purchased i repeared this frame more than 3 to 4 time .They put some normal screw and give it back to me ,also they don't have a proper equipment for opening the screw they send me to gold shop for unscrewing.and the service staff also not done properly the damage .now I am facing lot of issues in this frame and I can't use this frame for my eye problem.

I recently visited the Lenskart store in Alappuzha and had a very disappointing experience. It felt like we were completely ignored, as if we were invisible. Despite requesting assistance and the store not being busy at all, no staff member approached us or offered help. Meanwhile, other customers were being attended to promptly. It gave the impression that staff were judging people based on their appearance or dressing, which was disheartening and unprofessional. This wasn't a one-time experience either. A few months ago, I had purchased a John Jacobs sunglass and a pair of powered glasses from the same store. The sunglasses had an alignment issue at the center (nose area). When I took it back to the store for correction, they insisted there was no problem. Even after I clearly explained the issue, they simply bent the legs of the frame without addressing the actual problem. Again, I felt a lack of interest and concern from the staff. The overall customer service was extremely poor. Staff members were busy chatting among themselves rather than attending to customers. It seems like customer service and respect are not a priority at this store. I truly hope Lenskart looks into this matter seriously and ensures better training and accountability for their staff.
