Recently i had done a hernia surgery here & It was my first surgery ever & was done by Dr.JOHN MATHEW ..Doctor briefed me clearly about the entire procedure and the complications associated with it….. .As I am fitness trainer , initially I was very skeptical regarding the post surgery effect on my work life…. But the recovery was really quick and healthy Loads and loads of thanks to Dr . John mathew .He is an amazing doctor…. He not only cleared all my doubts regarding the surgery but also provided me with great emotional support in all ways possible Thank u to Doctor and all the working staffs for their amazing service .... Would highly recommend for the ones who r in search of a trustworthy and reliable medical service

Newest Hospital in Alleppey, so that they lack in many departments and they are managing it very well. They have enough human resources and they are doing the job well. Also the 24hrs department gaves all time service for all. They have sign boards every floor,they are keeping the interior clean.

One of the best private hospitals in Thumpoly, Alappuzha. Famous hospital for knee surgery, the Doctor George Srampical is an elegant person for the same. Very near to Alappuzha Town, 5kms from bus stand.

I recently visited Providence Hospital with my dad who suffered a cardiac arrest. The entire staff, including Dr. Aju Ajay and the nurses, were incredibly professional and attentive. They provided excellent care and kept me informed throughout the process. I'm incredibly grateful for their expertise and compassion during a very stressful time. Highly recommend Providence Hospital for their exceptional care!

Our experience with this hospital was not one of the greatest and although the intend is not to give a crappy review, it is necessary to call out issues that we faced, primarily the billing issues and the behaviour of the staff. While we were there in emergency care from 9 in the morning till 5 in the evening, 2 of those hours were only to fix billing issues….our primary bill was paid before the procedure and we received a few others every other hour, that was not even the most craziest part, when we were leaving a staff came up saying that the staff in the morning forgot to bill and remembered only when she reached home, so there’s another bill we need to pay, we also got a call at 9 in the night that there was another bill that needs to be paid, and requested us to gpay the amount without even providing a copy of the bill, this is hours after we were discharged even. I would request the hospital to invest in some quality training for the staff or hire experienced staff to avoid all this hassle. The doctors here are great and the rooms are also very well maintained which would make this a great option to come to for critical care but all that goes to waste if the patients experience such poor service from the staff. Update : We had a follow up visit one week after the above mentioned incident and I was pleasantly surprised that the administrative staff reached out to us to know more about the issues we faced and ensured to look into it so that it never happens again, not just to us but in general. The effort they put in shows that they do care and is a positive step in the the direction of effecting change, greatly appreciate this.

1. Need to improve their customer service. 2. It will be good, if they replace someone who do things faster in the PRO section. We have waited so long for taking our covid vaccine. Only few peoples are there in the queue
