I visited on 6th June 2024 morning 9.30 am, the receptionist was very rude to trainees, she is scolding trainee in front of all patients. Bad behavior.Consultation fee is 300 including eye testing. I feel they use very advaced eye testing machinaries from other hospitals. But 200 was the normal consulatation charges at other eye clinics. I visited as I need a second opinion for my treatment. And Medicines sold at MRP thus expensive. I visited netra eye care 2 weeks back and I got the same response but almost on double the price

I had a terrible eye infection in both eyes and consulted Dr. Tony Fernandes, despite his high Rs. 700 fee, hoping for his expertise. Unfortunately, he misdiagnosed me and his treatment worsened my condition. His advice, like applying mild heat, was even harmful. After a week of no improvement, I sought a second opinion and was cured within three days. I cannot recommend Dr. Tony or that hospital.

As an IT professional, I need to use my glasses regularly. I visited Tony Hospital yesterday for an eye check-up, expecting to get the latest eye readings so I could replace my old glasses( frame issue), which I’ve been using for eight years from the same hospital . The glasses were initially prescribed at the same hospital, so I was confident I would get the necessary update. However, instead of providing the current reading, the doctor insisted on giving me outdated readings from my check-up in April. When I asked why, I didn’t get a proper explanation. Instead, the doctor asked me to return after a month to get a fresh reading, which I found frustrating. I came to the hospital yesterday to get the latest readings and replace my glasses immediately, not to wait another month. Given this unsatisfactory service and lack of cooperation, I am requesting a refund for the payment I made, as I did not receive the timely care and information I was expecting. I hope Tony Hospital addresses this issue and improves the patient experience moving forward.

If you wish to get a speedy appointment and consultation procedure, don't hesitate to go to this hospital. Very speedy procedure. Completed all my test and consultation within half hour.

Got my mother's cataract operated both the eyes at the age of 82.Doctors excellent, staff and nurses very much down to earth.After the operation had to stay in hospital. Caring was excellent 🙏. Canteen facility super. Only one suggestion canteen facility only till 5pm so after operation patients who are admitted find difficulty in getting food for dinner , if possible extend till 7 or 8pm on operation days
