Very Good Experience With Zains. Such a hygiene atmosphere and friendly behaving staff.Especially Receptionist like Sneha and sona gave a good guidelines. Totaly satisfied with their service and treatment.

I visited Zain Hospital, Manjakkal, for an eye operation and was disappointed with the high fees. They charged ₹1000 just for ward sitting, which I felt was unreasonable. While the treatment itself was okay, the extra charges were not clearly communicated in advance.

Overprescription of Eye Drops for a Child – Not Acceptable I took my 4-year-old to this hospital for watery eyes, and the doctor diagnosed it as a basic seasonal dust allergy. However, I was surprised when she prescribed three different eye drops for a small child. Why would a simple condition require so many medications? One eye drop should have been sufficient. Overprescribing medication, especially for kids, is unnecessary and raises concerns. Parents, please ask questions before accepting multiple prescriptions for your little ones. Disappointed with this approach.
