I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Giridhar Eye Clinic on 16th Jan. I visited the clinic at 4pm to meet the doctor, expecting a quick consultation so I could drop my son off at the nearby cricket ground on time. Unfortunately, despite there being no crowd in the hospital or doctor's cabin, I was made to wait for over 45 minutes. This lack of punctuality and professionalism is unacceptable, especially in a private hospital where I expect a higher standard of service. As a customer, I choose private hospitals for their cleanliness, professionalism, and good treatment, but my experience yesterday felt like a government hospital. I've had better experiences at your Kadavanthara branch, so I'm hoping this was an isolated incident. However, I strongly believe that 'service' is the core of any business, and I hope you will take necessary steps to correct this and provide better service to your patients in the future. No issues with the doctor and staffs. Only the above needs to be taken...time is precious for all.

Excellent experience..right from the appointment to consultation to post specialist consultation.. all well organised. One should be prepared to spend little time, after all its hospital and treatment differs person to person. But given the number of patients at a time, they are managing it beautifully, attending every patient. Keep up the team work and good luck

Recently visited the institute for a check up for my husband. Although the appointment procedure was smooth, I must say that I had a very bad experience with the pharmaceutical representative called Surumi! We made payment of 615/- for our medication, since there was a network delay, the lady at the counter cancelled the transaction without asking us. Not only the amount was deducted from our bank account, we ended up not getting the medication that we made a payment for. Even though we showed her the proof of payment made, she refused to give us the medication, since it didn't reflect on her device of the payment. Everything is business. They expect us to make double payments to get one medicine... highly inappropriate and attitude I wonder who is the customer

Went to cataract surgery for my father by last week. Other than parking area and waiting time , the staffs and doctors diagnose of the issue and rectify the solution was appreciated. Thank you Dr. Rosina Thomas. Please improve car parking facility by having shed in the allocated area. And also the waiting time.
