Avoid This Store – Terrible Customer Service I visited Titan Eye+ on 15 February 2025, and it was a disappointing experience. The salesperson was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire visit unpleasant. If this is how they treat customers during a purchase, I can only imagine how frustrating their after sales service must be. I strongly advise against visiting this store there are plenty of better options out there where you’ll be treated with respect.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Titan Eye Plus store on MG Road. While the store does offer a wide variety of products, the overall service and quality left me extremely dissatisfied. First, the purchase process itself was underwhelming, with delayed service and lack of proper guidance. To make matters worse, the quality of the product I purchased—specifically a smart glass—was not up to the mark. It turned out to be defective, and despite raising the issue, I was informed that only repairs were possible. Unlike the online store, which offers immediate replacements, the offline store seems to follow an unfair policy that is heavily inconvenient for customers. Adding to the frustration, there were no updates provided regarding the service or repairs, and the product was not delivered on the promised time. The repeated delays and lack of communication made me feel like my time was being wasted. The stark contrast between the online and offline policies is concerning. Online purchases are quicker, more efficient, and customer-centric, whereas the offline experience feels outdated and unnecessarily cumbersome. Overall, while the store’s variety may attract buyers initially, the continuous problems I faced make it unlikely that I’ll purchase from this store again. I hope Titan Eye Plus revisits its offline policies and improves its service to match the standards of its online platform.

Phenomenal service at Titan Eye+ MG Road. I had come in here with an alignment issue in an eyeglass frame that wasn't purchased here. But to my pleasant surprise Mr.Dinish, the Store manager here fixed the issue in no time. I was very hesitant and even offered to pay service charges, but they declined and said this service is free for me! I feel like this is one of those places where customer service is amazing and I'd probably even purchase my next frame here because of this. I highly recommend this place for service.

Super and amazing service and friendly behaviour of staffs

Dinesh and the Titan Eye+ MG Road, Kochi Team Became My Saviors! I was in Kochi due to a family medical emergency and happened to be wearing contact lenses that day. Unfortunately, while washing my face, I accidentally lost my lenses. I didn’t have my spectacles or any spare lenses with me, and I have a relatively high power for short-sightedness. It was extremely difficult to manage without proper vision, especially since it was already late — around 8:30 PM. In this stressful situation, I reached out to Titan Eye+ at MG Road, Kochi. The team, led by Dinesh, responded immediately and arranged 2–3 pairs of contact lenses matching my prescription — and delivered them to me at no cost, in no time! I truly appreciate their customer-centric approach, dedication, and the quick action they took to help me during an emergency. Thank you and kudos to the entire Team Titan Eye+ MG Road, Kochi! I highly recommend Titan Eye+ to anyone for their spectacles, contact lenses, and sunglasses needs. They have truly earned my trust!

I have never imagine a 12000 specs will last only for a few months. I purchased specs from cochin showroom worth 12k and the product leg fallen down in busy road and while i went for replacement in a Hyderabad showroom they said not possible for replacement and while checking from their itself it got broken from the staff. After i mailed Titan and the concerned team assured for replacement then in December month during my busy schedule i visited MG road kochi branch and they again decline replacement , I really dont know why you never value a customer pain who spend that much on a specs and dont get quality assurance

I had a nice experience shopping at the mg road outlet of titan eye +. Staffs were very cordial and helpful . And they delivered the glassed before time and that too to my workplace .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I have taken a glass from Titan eye plus but product quality is very poor. The frame of the glass broken twice within two months. It was broken when I was wiping the glass with cloth. Suddenly the frame at one side broken.
