Nice experience.Good patience service. Staffs are very friendly and very patience while doing their duties.Good infrastructure. They are very helpful especially to the old aged.And mainly we consulted Rani madam she is very caring and very friendly to the patients.All the facilities are available like specs and pharmacy we got medicines fastly without any obstacle. All in all excellent hospital including all facilities.

Terrible experience, please figure out your patient management systems and maintain transparency with your clients. Went for a quick eye check up, and ended up wasting 4 hours of my day here due to staff inefficiency and general cluelessness. Never going back. I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Nice and very good doctors Friendly and understanding nurses and good hospital

My grandmother was treated here for cataract surgery and was highly disappointed with the service offered. We came here at 7.30 am and keyhole surgery was not done till 2 pm. They make us wait and no clarity regarding the same has not given. Whenever we asked about the status, the staff here showed an arrogant nature and told us to wait. They didn't inform us about why we were waiting and how long we should wait. It was our worst decision to do the surgery here.

From the consultation to the treatment, everything was smooth and efficient. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and patient-friendly.
