Good showroom but staff both of very bad customer service i still watching the product but not coming my side my first time very bad experience in kannur thana showroom ......

We recently visited the Lenskart branch, Kannur, and we are very satisfied with our purchase. The variety of collections can be improved, and the staff was quite helpful throughout. Overall, we had a pleasant experience!

Great deals and very good customer service,only issue when you call on the given number here, they do not pick up or either just pick it up n say wrong number, that did concern me 👎

Asked them to give a fresh item purchased but they didn’t. They gave me the displayed item (opened item) instead, billed and then said they don’t have a fresh item in the store and I will have to wait for a week!!

Visited the Branch yesterday evening and had a worst experience in various customer service issues . I am an existing lenskart customer since 4 years and was hopefully went for eye testing and to purchase new lenses and frames. Staff were not even gave a glance of look at our entrance and even while we were looking forward to get the attention. We seek for assistance by calling 3 of the staff that was available in the showroom and yet nobody cares to respond . Waited 40 minutes in the outlet to look out yet no response from them and at the time 4 staffs were deliberately available in the showroom . I really doesn't understand what the staffs are in busy with rather than attending customer who visit the Branch. I have got disappointed by the way they treated as an existing customer of them who often gives business to them. Really frustrated by the staff behaviour and staff responsibilities.

Amazing shopping experience. Very cordial staff. Easy access to the shop from main road.
