I met the salesperson girl at the same branch (Angamaly)four or five years ago, and she was great. She is really helpful and kind both times. Her customer service persuaded me to purchase an additional pair of sunglasses. Her name misses me, but she is a true addition to your company.

Service was good when I went to buy my contact lens. However they turned out to blur my vision. Since they didn't provide samples, I bought 30 + 30 contact lenses which is useless now. Even after multiple visits and calls I still have not got an answer to my query. Very disappointed
