Doctor visit and consultation was good and explained well. However post consultation we waited more than 1 hour to get the explanation and procedure formalities to finalizing the Cataract surgery. Even though front office staffs trying their best to serve, but they need more proper functional training and guidance regarding communication properly to the patient what to do next... Lack of professionalism is evident in this space and they need to give value of time we spend in the hospital.

Very bad experience with Ahalia. Done my mother's cataract surgery at Ahalia Palarivattom. Dr. Savya done surgery, and after surgery my mother's vision loss in that eye. Now they recommend go to Giridhar or any other good hospital for better treatment. Never choose Ahalia.
