Mostly I never rate 1 star to any establishment unless it is deemed unworthy of such rating and review. Visited the shop on 17/20/2024, at 12pm. There were very few customers and several staffs for the service. The behaviour and attitude of staffs was unsatisfactory. Waited inside the shop for more than 15 minutes and none of the staffs were attending me or any other customers. They were busy with the phones or rather sitting idly. Despite repeatedly asking for sny available staff, no response was met. Finally a lady came and she was not at all interested in any customer service. Eventhough it is a Large showroom with large collections, the customer service was the worst. The management must take due note of this and teach the staff in some customer ethics. Never again i shall visit the shop, for sheer unprofessionalism of the staff. I had already filed a complaint using the qr code scanner in the shop. P. S : Please donot bother to reply for thus review by an automated message. Not worth it.

I had an excellent experience at the store, for my eye check up. He was really helpful for great expertise and attention to detail. Thank you, But I was really disappointed with the assistance for selecting a frame even I booked my slot earlier. I selected my glass my self, ensuring they fit perfectly and met all my needs. I truly appreciate the variety of collections, anyone looking for average quality eyewear and a great shopping experience! Some staff have to improve their customer relation, to explain and help them with their quarries.

Added additionally once the issue was sorted: This issue has been solved and I really appreciate the effors taken by the customer delight team, in this matter. Changing my rating to 3* from 1*. Would have given a negative star if there was an option. I visited the store to get my glasses repaired. Below is a detailed overview of the events and the bad service by the team, and going through other reviews, I understand I am not the first person to face this worst customer seviced: Feb 13 – I first visited the store for my glasses repair. They made me wait for more than 30 minutes, saying it would be done in 5 minutes. Later, I told them I would come back the next day. Feb 14 – They informed me that my glasses had broken during the repair process and that I was eligible to purchase a new pair worth ₹2,000 for free. Since I knew my original glasses cost only ₹860, I asked them to reorder the same model. Feb 18 – Since I hadn’t received any updates, I visited the store again, only to be told that my model was no longer in production. They asked me to choose another model. As I didn’t have time, I told them I would return the next day. Feb 19 – I selected a new model, and before leaving, I asked the store representative if choosing a new pair would affect their salary. They assured me it was absolutely fine. Feb 25 – After still not receiving any updates, I called the store, but they didn’t answer. I visited the store again and found out that they had misplaced the glasses I had chosen and asked me to select another one. This time, they assured me I would receive an order confirmation the next day. If not, I was told to contact the store representative. Feb 26 – Again, I received no updates. I called the store representative, but he didn’t answer. He had previously mentioned that if he didn’t pick up, I could message him on WhatsApp, but I received no response there either. When I visited the store again, I was informed that there was an approval process that would take at least three days, and my chances of approval were low because my original glasses were five years old. Feb 28 – I called the store representative at 12 PM to check for any updates. He assured me he would get back to me, but once again, I received no response so far. At this point, I am completely disappointed—not because I may have to spend money, but because of the way my time has been wasted. I never asked for a free replacement; I was ready to purchase a new pair myself. However, after this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Lenskart has treated me. Every time, I had to follow up for updates instead of receiving timely communication from the store.
Ever worst experience with lenskart. Since many years I am taking my spectacles from lebskart, but for the first time i feel disaponted in lenskart kochi Showroom. All other lenskart showroom the staffs are very helpful and approachable. After placing an order in lenskart MG road kochi it took almost 2 month to deliver my order that too after making several complaints. There is no phone numbers available to contact. No staffs are responding on direct calls. Without delivering the order i got call from staff to ask the spectacle experience 😆.
