26/4/2025 8:19pm I got message that my glass has delivered at perumbavoor today evening. But nobody inform me from the shop. When i called and asked about the glass they said that shop will close at 8:30pm. But in the app the closing time was at 9:00pm. Now they are not attending my call.. very bad service 🤌🏻👎🏻

I dropped by the Lenskart store in Perumbavoor today to get a new lens and frame, and I have to say,it was such a great experience. Rosemol, the optometrist there, was super helpful. She not only helped me pick out a frame that really suited me but also took the time to explain the different lens and frame options in a way that made total sense. Great service by the team here. So helpful. Team took the time to understand my needs and helped me making a good purchase. The only downside I would say is the lack of available parking and lesser choice in frames than the online store. I would still recommend the store for that personalised shopping experience
