Treatment / checkup wise they are good. But they definitely need to improve on patient handling aspect. Had to wait very long despite taking appointment well in advance. People take appointment to manage their time. There's no point in taking appointment bookings if it's to be considered along with spot bookings. Also the staff interaction is very rough. Sometimes they make us feel like they are doing charity.

Taking too much time for the consultation, also not proper in managing time for the tests, and even non responsible staffs.

Very bad experience wallet parking 70 rupees for giridar customers but hospital service is outstanding can you pls avoid the parking fee

Very very horrible experience at Giridhar Mattancherry. They don't know how to deal with patients. Very slow have to wait for 4 hours inspite of appointment. The time I have to spend is just to test the power of eyes.

I went to this clinic for my mother Rita Gracy for cataract. They treated her with great kindness and respect. Dr. Kalaimathi did the surgery and she is the best - a very spiritual and down to earth person always kind enough to explain in detail what to expect and clarify our doubts. I also recommended my friend and she too was happy with both the Dr. as well as the clinic.

They don't have proper registration process. Treatment wise they are good & they take necessary proactive steps which is great. Giridhar Team @ Please ensure that you implement a proper registration system in clinic on priority.

The reason why I rate with 3 star is the registration/reseption section , otherwise it would be a 5 star .Because they take lots of time to do the job,and patients need to wait too long in the Q' .Otherwise everything is fine.

The general opinion about giridhar hospital is positive i mean giridhar kadavanthra... I feel proud. But unfortunately i visit giridhar mattancheri branch, i had bad experience from the staffs. Deliberate behaviour that destroys the name of giridhar hospital.. Thanks to giridhar kadavanthra...
