I recently purchased a JJ frame and Owndays lens from Lens Shop, and the experience was excellent. Ms. Megha Tom assisted me, along with her supervisor, Mr. Sharath. They both displayed impressive knowledge and friendliness, patiently addressing all my questions and making the process smooth and enjoyable. The entire staff was calm and approachable without being overly pushy, which made for a comfortable shopping environment. Suggestion for Improvement: It would be helpful to have a provision for checking lens sizes before purchasing, similar to how shoe stores provide options for checking foot sizes. Often, we find a frame we like, only to discover later that it’s not available in the right size. Knowing the lens size beforehand would simplify the selection process, helping customers quickly narrow down their options. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d happily recommend Lens Shop to others!

I visited this shop to get anti-glare glasses for myself. As a valued customer, I received a buy-one-get-one offer, so I got a pair of sunglasses as well. Overall, I’m satisfied with the customer service—they guided me through all the details. However, I found the selection to be limited. They offer a small range of styles across different price points, and I had hoped for more variety. I had to choose from a very restricted collection.
