You have to take token even though if appointments were booked through telephone. They should have allotted the token for consultation. Pathetic 😞

My experience was good. I went for a small eye sight problem and I was convinced with the procedure and conclusions made. The cost of consulting is 250 rs and there is a 50 rs for first time visitors. My comments are purely based on my experience and I do not have a clue about how good they are w.r.t complicated eye problems.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Amardeep Diya eye care . The staff attending the calls are incredibly unprofessional and lack the basic competence needed for their roles. They are , unhelpful, and seem completely uninterested in assisting patients. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect care and compassion. I would strongly advise looking for alternative clinics where the staff are properly trained and capable of providing the necessary support.

Worst hospital to do cataract surgery . My mom almost lost her eye sight after doing cataract surgery here . There is not proper scanning or procedures here . If you want decent eye sight after cataract surgery with no much complications. Please don’t go here .

Worst experience. Please do not consult here. Poor service from front office. Even after we prebook our appointment we have to sit for about 3 hours. What is this? A doctor told us to give them a lab report and at the same day we have to scan eyes which around cost 4000. She said before that only after the scan she can prescribe the treatment. But at that time after she scanned and i paid she then only looks through the lab report and says now we want to take a report from our consulting physician. Now after we bring report, now she is saying that she need an opinion of surgeon. So that we have to take another appointment for the doctor. 🤦‍♂️. What kind of petty business is this. I don't recommend anyone to vist this hospital.

Waited nearly 3 hours to get just the print out of history of chekups done at this hospital and THEY DIDNT PROVIDE THAT...they said they cant share such info which has been prescribed by previous doctors and just showed it in system to note it down after asking so many times... very bad experinece and i highly dont recommend for such unprofessional behaviour from them. The attitude of staff is like we have to beg them for these...

Need to take prior appointment first, call 2732066/77. There are only 6-7 chairs kept outside for patients/bystanders to sit.
