One of the oldest eye hospital in Kollam. The doctors are experienced and treatment for cataract is the top surgery done here for aged people.The cost of eye surgery is low compared to other private eye hospitals in Kollam and Trivandrum. They also do cataract surgery at low cost for poor and needy people.The accommodation and food during hospital stay are cheap at good quality. The doctors here are very good. The only few negative sides in this hospital is the rude and harsh behaviour of the hospital staff right from the reception to the nurses. The customer service at the reception is zero. The receptionist doesn't have the patience to attend calls sand answer queries of person doing the enquiry. Better reception etiquette training to be provided to the receptionist and similarly to the nurses. The nurses need to be like angels but here they are like devils while handling patients and responding to them. The hospital also lacks parking facility for patient cars at peak times due to lack of space. The security also fail to properly guide customers for parking at peak hours.

Receptionist team attitude very bad. 1month medicine compleated.but still have the eye issues.doctors can't found actual problem..
